These terms apply to your use of https://winningprompts.shop and to the purchase of the Wedding Ads AI Kit ("the Product") from Winning Prompts, operated by Kasiraman Charanraam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Product you agree to these terms.
The Product is a set of digital resources for wedding photographers: a quick-start guide, AI image prompts, a prompt-to-copy system, a bonus vault of hooks and CTAs, a Meta ads launch copy bank, and a creative testing workflow. It is delivered as PDF files through links on the thank-you page after payment.
The price is shown on the sales page in Indian rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change for future buyers.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own wedding photography business. You may use the prompts and copy to create ads for your own business and your own clients' photographs where you have the right to do so. You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute, or give away the Product or any part of it, or sell it as your own course or template.
The Product is educational and informational. We do not guarantee any leads, qualified enquiries, bookings, sales, return on ad spend or any other result. Results depend on factors outside our control, such as your photographs, your pricing and service, your market, your ad account, your budget and the platforms you use.
The Product works with third-party AI image tools and with Meta advertising. These tools change over time, may produce different results for the same prompt, and have their own rules and pricing. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated image and every ad before publishing, for following Meta's advertising policies and applicable laws, and for using only real information in your ads (real offers, real testimonials, real availability). You must have the couple's permission before using their photographs in advertising.
The Product, including its text, structure, prompts, design and layout, belongs to us. Buying it does not transfer ownership. Your own photographs and the ads you create remain yours.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or any loss arising from your use of AI tools, advertising platforms or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update the Product or these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new purchases.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
